Building Value Beyond Returns
Our Commitment
Epiidosis Investments believes responsible enterprise carries responsibility beyond the balance sheet. Through the Epiidosis Social Welfare Division, we dedicate a defined portion of company resources to community welfare across our licensed operating sectors.
Our approach mirrors how we run the business: focused, documented, and measured. We commit to fewer initiatives delivered well, rather than scattered, symbolic gestures. Each programme has a defined scope, a measurable objective, and transparent reporting — and each is designed to support, not duplicate, the work of UAE authorities.
This is an educational and awareness commitment. Epiidosis does not provide legal, financial, medical, or any regulated advisory services through these programmes.
Focus Areas
Worker Awareness & Welfare
Free, accessible information helping workers understand their rights, safety, and the official support channels available to them in the UAE.
Youth & Skills Empowerment
Mentorship and skills-awareness initiatives aligned with the UAE Year of Family 2026 and national job-seeker support programmes.
Community Health Awareness
Preventive-health and heat-safety awareness for outdoor and site-based workers during peak summer months.
We launch one initiative, establish real measurable impact, then scale to the next.
The Worker Guidance Tool
Our first active initiative is a free, multilingual AI awareness tool that helps workers understand UAE labour rights, workplace safety, and the official channels available to them — available any time, at no cost, with no registration required.
The tool provides general information only. It is not legal advice and does not replace the official Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) Labour Claims and Advisory Centre (800 84) or a licensed UAE lawyer.

Our CSR initiatives are designed to complement existing UAE frameworks, including:
- Dubai's Health & Safety Strategy for Workers' Accommodations
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (Regulation of Employment Relationships) and its amendments, and MOHRE’s worker-awareness mandate
- The UAE Year of Family 2026
Governance & Transparency
Every initiative under the Epiidosis Social Welfare Division operates within clear boundaries:
- Information, not advice — we share general, sourced information and always direct people to official authorities for their specific situations.
- Funded from company resources — initiatives are funded by a dedicated CSR allocation, documented in company records.
- Documented impact — we track reach and outcomes and report them transparently.
- Consistent with our license — these are educational/community activities, not regulated financial or legal services.
Exploring Collaboration on Community Impact?
We welcome dialogue with government entities, community organisations, and institutional partners aligned with our welfare focus and governance standards.
The Epiidosis Social Welfare Division provides educational and awareness content only. Nothing on these pages constitutes legal, financial, medical, or regulated advice, nor an offer of any regulated service. For labour matters, contact MOHRE on 800 84 or a licensed UAE professional.
