Support governance and regulatory compliance across group entities in UAE, ADGM, and international jurisdictions. Experience with DED, ADGM, and free zone regulatory frameworks required.
Business Development Associate
Identify, evaluate, and structure co-development mandates and strategic partnerships across licensed sectors. Strong financial modelling and due diligence skills required.
