Leadership
Our Approach
Epiidosis Investments is led by a focused team with direct experience across investment structuring, enterprise operations, and multi-jurisdictional governance. Our leadership approach prioritises operational depth over scale — we believe in managing fewer enterprises exceptionally well rather than spreading resources thin across dozens of portfolio positions.
Every decision within the group passes through defined governance protocols. There are no advisory boards without authority, no titles without accountability. Leadership at Epiidosis means direct operational responsibility for the enterprises we own and manage.
Founder & Chairman

Shashwath Tomar
Shashwath Tomar founded Epiidosis Investments in 2020 with a clear thesis: build an investment holding company that develops, owns, and operates enterprises across high-growth sectors with institutional discipline and full regulatory compliance.
Under his leadership, the group has expanded to five subsidiary entities across four jurisdictions, with a proprietary project portfolio spanning commercial, energy, tourism, and agricultural sectors. He oversees all capital deployment decisions, counterparty relationships, and governance frameworks across the group.
His approach is rooted in the conviction that the best investment returns come not from financial engineering, but from building well-governed enterprises in sectors with structural growth dynamics — and having the patience to let them compound over time.
Prior to founding Epiidosis, Shashwath developed expertise in structured finance, real estate development, and cross-border enterprise operations. This experience informs the group's disciplined approach to sector selection, jurisdictional entry, and operational governance.
